The rest of the book was great though and the smut was what I didn’t realize had been missing from my life but AHHHHHH I just really wish the author had gone down a different path. Mostly because I knew Tyler would take her back in an instant. I was ready to eat my kindle out of frustration. I was so mad at her for using Sterling to push Tyler away and then we find out she wasn’t even with him and she just left without a trace so she didn’t “ruin Tyler’s life”.
that book is so fucking good i swear to god, yall have to read it if u havent already. also, if anyone here has read priest by sierra simone, i will be taking a lot of inspiration from that book in order to write this one.
I just knew she was gonna pull something and be all self sacrificing and they would break up and eventually get back together because that’s usually how these things go.
